Tayla Young, Director (She/they)

My name is Tayla Young (she/they), and I’m originally from Gastonia, NC. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from High Point University in 2022 and a Master of Science in Sports Management from Minot State University in 2024.

Currently, I work as the Compliance Coordinator in the Florida Gulf Coast University athletics department, where I’ve been since February 2024. I’m excited to serve as a director on the board at Visuality, a wonderful organization dedicated to supporting, uplifting, and providing resources to those in the LGBTQ+ community.
